How do I log in?

BBA Tech uses your company Salesforce credentials. Tap "Login with Salesforce" on the login screen and enter your Salesforce username and password.

How do I record equipment readings?

Navigate to a project, select an equipment unit, then use the Readings tab to enter Pre and Post service values for Differential Pressure (inWC) and Airflow (FPM).

How do I generate a service report?

Open a project, go to the Report tab, and tap "Generate & Share Report." The report will be uploaded to Salesforce and can be shared via email.

I forgot my password

Since BBA Tech uses Salesforce authentication, please reset your password through your company's Salesforce portal or contact your administrator.

The app isn't loading my projects

Ensure you have an active internet connection and a valid Salesforce session. Try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support.
